Clinic 32 wishes to clearly inform each patient about data protection. As before, we communicate transparently with our patients, so it is important to go through this document to be aware of the subject of personal data protection.

By personal data protection we refer to any personal data of a natural person that may lead directly or indirectly to the identification of that person, namely: name, surname, personal numeric code, telephone number, address and any location information, information about online identifiers, email address, medical history, medical analysis, diagnosis, treatment plan, or any personal data regarding your health.

It is important to know that in the context of collecting and using your data, under the roof of Clinic 32, there are technical measures implemented to ensure that personal data is protected.

Clinic 32 will process your personal data in order to:
1. Realization of dental treatments.
2. Information on appointment, treatment or other details about dental treatment.
3. Marketing, respectively promotion and information campaigns.

Name and surname
We use the first name and surname to make a appointment at our clinic.
We use the first and last names to complete the health record, the treatment plan, the analyzes and the treatments made in the clinic.
We use the first and last name to personalize the email information we send to inform you about what you need to do after you have been treated in our clinic.
We use first and last name to inform you about our marketing promotions, informative materials that we publish on the site’s blog about optimal dental health, product launches and products. We send newsletters to you via Mail Chimp.

We use the first and last name to conclude the contract that we sign with you to complete the dental treatment plan.

We use your phone number to communicate your appointments both by phone call and by text message.
We use your phone number to be in direct communication during dental treatment in our clinic.

We use your email address to send you emails that we send to inform you about what to do after you have treated our clinic.

Our home address, we collect it and use it to send notifications if you do not respond to other forms of communication such as phone call, email or phone message. We use your date of birth to be able to differentiate in our software that we use for the database if there is another patient with the same name and surname as yours and to adapt the age management plan.

The profession – we collect information about the profession and we use them because certain professional categories have suffered professionally acquired diseases that could change the general health or dental health.

Medical history We collect and hold information about your general medical history, about dental treatments done in our clinic, and intraoral, panoramic and 3 D dental x-rays to help you cope.

Historically Pay – We collect and keep information about payments made for clinic treatments.

Billing data
If we have received the billing data of a legal entity or individual (CNP, CUI, trade registry number, company address, bank account, bank name, legal representative name, legal representative function), we will use this data to issue the tax invoice and to draw up a contract that establishes a dental treatment plan in our clinic.

Sharing personal data
Clinic 32 has not sold, sold, and sold your data to third parties in any circumstances.

The length of time that your personal data is stored
We will store your information as long as we are required by law. If there is no legal requirement, we will store them for as long as necessary.
